Fly Ash Diffuser Feeder
Fly Ash Diffuser Feeders (FAD’s) are a swing-style valve designed to provide positive shutoff and consistent ash flow in both vacuum and pressure conveying applications. The diffuser stone on the inlet side of the valve maintains ash stored above the valve in a fluidized state for consistent, high flow discharge when the valve is opened. This quality of discharge allows for ideal feeding of ash into the pneumatic conveying system to maximize the system capacity and reliability.
Fly Ash Intakes
MHC Fly Ash Intake Valve is a swing disc-style valve designed to provide on/off material flow in vacuum conveying applications. The MHC Fly Ash Intake Valve serves as the standard intake valve for dilute-phase conveying.
Swing Disc – Vent Valve Overview
MHC Inline Swing Disc valves are designed for uni-directional on/off service in dry pneumatic conveying applications. Our in-line swing disc valve utilizes a two-piece body with access door for easy maintenance and in line adjustments.
Paddle Mixers
MHC utility-sized unloader line, conditions ash or other dusty, abrasive material with water, and discharge up to 400 TPH of moist, conditioned material to trucks or rails cars. Paddle mixers has an array of abrasion-resistant paddles on twin, contra-rotating shafts mixes water with the ash, and moves the conditioned material to the mixer/unloader discharge chute where it drops by gravity into a disposal vehicle.

pipes by procuring high quality MS Coils/ Plates from SAIL, TATA and JINDAL only. We also provide anti corrosion internal and external coating
services like PU Coating, ZInc Silicate Coating, Food Grade & Coal Tar Epoxy Coating and Coal Tar taping.
